Please come out and join us to Remember the Music, a warm and wonderful benefit concert in support of research around music and Alzheimer’s. The show will be emceed by Laura Fernandez from JAZZ.FM91 Host. TranzitionzJazz will perform remembered music from their album, In Transition, and will be featuring it’s very own, Jasmin Bailey and a song from her upcoming album, the band's leader, Jim Thomas on flute, who will also be participating with The Jazz Project, the U of T Jazz Orchestra, and other great Toronto jazz musicians and singers including Laura Fernandez, Ilana Waldston and Sam Broverman. There will be lots of remembered songs to sing along to, so we hope you bring along your singing voices and your loved ones to share in this heart-warming occasion. If you’re not able to attend the concert but you’d still like to support the cause, we encourage you to purchase a ticket or two, which will be put into a pool of special tickets for Caregivers to attend - for free.
